SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping costs are straightforward. Orders over $45 ship free worldwide. For orders under $45, a flat $8.99 fee applies.
What Everyoneeach Covers: Shipping Costs & Timeframes
All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in China. The total delivery window is split into two distinct phases:
- Processing time: 3-7 Days
- Shipping time: 14~30 Days
Shipping method: Free Shipping. Shipping fee: Free Shipping Over $44.90.
Your Role: Placing an Order Accurately
Accuracy at checkout is critical. Once an order enters our system, it cannot be modified or cancelled. You must ensure the correct model and color are selected before finalizing your purchase. Processing timelines extend during holidays and sale seasons, so plan accordingly.
Your Role: Tracking & Customs Clearance
Once your package ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. From that point forward, you are responsible for monitoring your shipment’s progress.
You must submit any required documentation or information to customs authorities or the courier promptly. If a delivery fails or a package is returned to sender because you did not follow up or provide necessary instructions, we cannot offer a free refund or replacement. In such cases, you may need to place a new order.
For deliveries, your local post office or a courier will handle the final mile. If you are not home, a notice card may be left with collection instructions. Local customs offices can also request additional documents, which may extend the delivery time.
Your Role: Paying International Fees
Several charges are exclusively your responsibility as the recipient:
- Customs duties and taxes: These are levied by your destination country’s customs office upon the parcel’s arrival and are not covered by Everyoneeach.
- Foreign transaction fees: If your credit card account is not denominated in USD, your bank may apply a different exchange rate and a foreign currency transaction fee. We display store prices in your local currency, but checkout is processed in USD via PayPal or Stripe. Everyoneeach is not responsible for these bank-imposed charges.
You are also responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items. We cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into your specific country.
What Everyoneeach Cannot Do: Modifications, Cancellations & Liability
We process orders rapidly. Change or cancellation requests must be made immediately. Once our warehouse has processed an order, no changes are possible. Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
To summarize the timeline, expect 3-7 days for us to process your order, followed by a 14-30 day shipping window.
