Returns
Returning of our product within 30 days of receipt. confrontp offer FREE return and exchange our product within 30 days of receipt.
Return that we DO NOT accept:
Return of used product with no quality problem.
Return outside 30-days window.
Return without proof of purchase through official channels.
Return with any damage is caused by human.
If non-returnable items are returned without authorization from our customer service team, they will be returned to the customer immediately and the customer will be notified. Restocking fees may apply to unauthorized returns.
Returning Cost
The shipping cost of returning service will be borne by customers if the product has no quality problem.
$20 will be charged as the delivery fees and confrontp will provide shipping labels.
Ships the product back to warehouse on your own.
Note that: We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you are attempting to return.
Return Process
Refund
Refunds will be made after the Product is received and inspected.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a reasonable number of days.
If you haven’t received a refund after 2 days of approval, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company/bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
